Our long-term relationships with international experts and partners in Africa, Europe and South-East Asia help us ensuring that projects are tailor-made to local conditions and create added value at regional level.  


Barbora is a seasoned expert in international business and knows how to structure participations in project companies.

Barbora is experienced in research project design, management and reporting where she coordinated and supervised fieldwork abroad (mainly in Central European countries and Russia). Moreover, she also has a very good track record in managing and executing marketing initiatives, logistics management and product handling as well as demand forecast and inventory management.

Astrid Severin has a MA in Modern Languages from Leipzig University (Germany) and a MBA in Leadership and Change Management from United Business Institutes in Brussels (Belgium).

Astrid has more than 25 years of experience in business development and access to public funding. She has been Policy Officer at the European Commission for green innovation and regional development with a strong focus on renewable energy and the circular economy. She also worked as a Senior Consultant at Saatchi & Saatchi Business Communications and has an excellent track record in corporate communication.

As entrepreneur, Astrid develops waste management and renewable energy projects at international level and is an experienced business plan developer. She is lead Author of several studies in waste management, cluster development, entrepreneurship, renewable energy and energy efficiency in buildings.

Katharina has a BA in International Relations from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva (Switzerland) and a MBA from United Business Institutes in Brussels (Belgium) She is a senior expert in renewables and the circular economy. She started her career at the German public development service to the International Network on Small Hydropower in Hangzhou, China and has been Secretary General of the Brussels-based European association of 50 top renewable energy research centres, EUREC Agency.

Katharina has specialised in waste and recycling technologies and how these technologies can be transferred into a different regional and local context. She is currently working on business plans for several waste treatment projects.  She is lead author and co-author of several studies on resources efficiency and renewables as well as conference papers on innovative waste management. Katharina is Senior Expert of Interreg EUROPE Policy Learning Platform on Low Carbon Economy.

Charalambous has a BSc in Environmental Sciences and MSc in Boundary Meteorology. His scientific experience lies mostly in the field of Environmental Management and Environmental Impact Assessment. He is particularly experienced in integrated environmental modeling and assessment in the fields of air quality, surface water quality, and environmental noise and waste management.

Charalambous has also been active in the field of innovation management and technology brokerage and has participated in feasibility studies and project development for innovative environmental projects, with emphasis on waste to energy projects both in Cyprus and abroad. He has played a key role in developing EU funded projects for a wide variety of programmes such as LIFE, INCO-MPC, LEONARDO, Europe Innova, FP7-Regions and LIFE+.
